Before launching The Oxford Group Investments, Brian spent 12 years at NACS, Inc as the Director of Quality. In this role, Brian played a large part in the exponential growth NACS has achieved, by implementing continuous feedback systems.

Brian is a very respected and active leader in the North Metro of the Twin Cities. He helped found HOPE 4 Youth, is active in his local church, and is continuously sought out for his advice from community business and organization leaders.

In his free time, Brian enjoys traveling with his wife, Lisa, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Brian received is Bachelor of Science in Forestry Product Management from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.

Prior to joining The Oxford Group, Tyler spent the past few years working in Higher Ed Student Affairs, coordinating student leadership and development, student services across campus, and overseeing student organizations and events.

In his role at The Oxford Group, Tyler oversees Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management, and IT.

He has developed a passion for building businesses and organizations that have a social impact both locally and globally.

Tyler received his Bachelor of Science in Business & Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Columbia International University in Columbia, SC.

In her role at The Oxford Group, Kaitlin oversees the strategic initiatives and guides the direction and culture of each acquisition.

She and her husband, David, have two little girls and enjoy spending their time teaching the next generation the joys of music through a variety of avenues.

Kaitlin received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.

David has spent the past few years building The St. Cloud School of Music, alongside his wife, Kaitlin.

In his role at The Oxford Group, David researches and dreams up ways to build and grow the company. Including seeking out new acquisitions, staying ahead of market research, and exploring new ways to create efficiencies across our family of companies.

David and Kaitlin have two little girls and they enjoy teaching the next generation the joys of music through a variety of avenues.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN.
